    Sorry to hear that. It could be a few things, for example:

    1. You have Microsoft PowerPoint installed on your computer.

    2. You also will need Adobe Flash installed. You can do that here https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

    3. When you open the PowerPoint you'll need to click on the yellow bar where is says 'Enable Editing'.

    4. To see the animations, you'll need to make sure the PowerPoint is in 'Presentation mode'.
