  • Hello,

Thank you very much for your comment. To listen to the audio tracks without being connected to the internet you will need to save the files to your computer. To do this, right click on each file and select 'save link as'.

To use the audio files on a Mac you will need to use one of two browsers: either Chrome or Safari.
With Safari, right-click on the audio and select 'download linked file as...' then save the audio file to your desktop and it will play through iTunes.
With Chrome, you can left-click on the audio file and it will play directly.

If you experience any further problems, please get back in touch with us either here, or through our customer services at help@macmillaneducation.com

    Best wishes,

  • Dear Jeanie,
The worksheet is displaying fine for us. A small group of onestopenglish users have had problems reading the lesson plans in this series and we suspect this is a software issue. Therefore, we recommend downloading the latest version of Adobe Reader from the Adobe website (this is free). If you are still unable to view this document, please get back in touch via the 'Contact us' link at the bottom of the page and a member of our technical team will help you.
    Best wishes,
    The onestopenglish team

  • The resource itself is good , however the colouring on the worksheet is impossible to print in a readable format... making the whole thing unusable, sadly!!!
