  • Hello, I have a problem when printing the pages. Instead of a faded header, it comes out as a solid picture, so you can't read the top few lines of the page. Not sure if this is related to my printer or to the document? Am I the only one?

  • Hello sophief,

Thank you for your comment. We believe this issue is probably related to your printer. You could try the following:

    1. Open the File Menu
    2. Select “Print”
    3. The Printing window will appear
    4. Click “Advanced”
    5. Put a check in the box next to “Print as Image”
    6. Click OK to close the “Advanced” window
    7. Click OK to print

Try updating your PDF reader to the latest version; downloading the file and printing from desktop (if you're not already); and as an interim measure you could try printing as 'image' (in the print dialog box, click on 'advanced' and then 'print as image', dropping the dpi to the lowest number if you need to save ink).

    We hope this works.

    Best wishes,

    The onestopenglish team
