This is the second of our two Live from London 'Christmas specials'. We went to the South Bank and asked people about their resolutions for the new year.



Saving the the podcasts to your computer
To save the podcast files to your computer, simply right-click on the file and choose the 'Save target as' option. Select the folder that you would like to save the podcast in and then click 'Save'.

Please could you change the date on the worksheets - it says 2008. I can only download it as a PDF so can only change it myself manually, as it were.

Steve - highlight it in iTunes (if you haven't got it it iTunes yet, just open iTunes, select File > Add to Library and find the right track in the window that will pop open), right-click it for the context menu and check that the media type is "podcast."
Then, when you connect your iPhone, select "podcasts" from the tabs at the top of iTunes' iPhone window, and either select "sync all podcasts" or select "sync selected podcasts" and make sure the checkbox next to this track is ticked.
