Hi Sam,
Thanks for your feedback. In this series, Frances has chosen to focus very basic, functional language exercises rather than songs. However, we will pass your feedback on to her. In the meantime, there are a lot of songs that your hotel workers might like that you can find here:

I have been teaching beginner hotel workers here in Madagascar. They responded well to the "alphabet song". It would be good if you could include some songs in this series too.

I've been using the Absolute Beginner lessons for three weeks now and my students and I love the materials. I've had to convert and modify some lessons to suit our students in Australia. I hope that's OK.

Hi godemenc,
Great to hear you're enjoying the lessons. Do you mean the audio file? Could I just check that you're clicking on the title of the audio file, right clicking the link that says 'Right-click here to download' and then saving the file somewhere on your computer?

These lessons are excellent! Thanks.
I easily downloaded the other units but can't download this one.
What shall I do? Is it any different from the others?
Claudine
