Grammar: Past tense card game

A simple game designed to help with reviewing past tense questions and answers - (adaptable to other grammatical forms).

Time: 30 – 50 minutes

Materials: 3 copies of the card file. These should be attached to card and cut up to make a total of 60 individual cards.

    When a team has answered a question, they can pick up another card from the extra pile of cards. This is so the game can continue until all the sets have been found.

  • I think the game is great but I don't understand very well the part where it says if both team don't have the card they have to pick up on from the spare cards. who can explain the game again please, thanks
