  • Thanks for getting back to me, and sorry its taken a while for me to put your suggestions into action. I did up date adobe but it made no difference to printing direct from your web site. However, I have now down loaded it and can print OK. Thanks for the help. The lesson is going to get extensive use over the next couple of weeks!

  • Hi SuzieQ,

It could be a problem with your Adobe Reader. Do you have the latest version installed? The latest version can be downloaded for free from the Adobe website.

If you have the latest version and are still having problems, try downloading the article before you print it. You can do this by opening the PDF and clicking download, which looks like a piece of paper with a downwards arrow on it. Then open with Adobe Reader and print.

We hope this helps. Let us know if you continue to have problems.

  • Very useful resource for high end learners, however my printer does not like pages 3 and 6 (both have tables on them). Is the source of this problem your end or mine? I cant see how its mine as the printer is new, and the PC accepts all other pages from your web site (which I use extensively).

The problem is that it prints just one page of a greatly magnified section of the page. I have to cut and paste to get usable pages.

A new Business Spotlight lesson plan is available every month, which you can find on the main ‘Business Spotlight’ page:

  • OK now it seems to be working again, when are you going to update the news articles which you claim to do weekly. The Business Spotlight articles have also been around for some months now so how about an update there too ?
