There is a problem with the pagination of the document. The document is 10 pages long; the first four pages comprise the teacher's lesson plan and notes. The following six are handouts for students.

However, pagination has been reset in the middle of the document. Adobe Acrobat is telling me that the first 4 pages are paginated 1-4 (as you would expect). However, pages 5-10 are paginated as pages *1* to *6*.

I wanted to print only the first two pages of the student handouts, but short of printing everything, this was impossible. Asking for Pages 1-2 resulted in the *first two* pages of the teacher's notes. Asking for pages 5-6 resulted in the *final two* pages of the student handout.
