    M'm i am always reluctant to use terms, such as standardization and working together in the same sentence. Indeed, i am wary about using terms at all that can be over generalised. Standardiaztion, does not necessarily build a more fraternal work place. Indeed, it can mean a one size fits all approach that can threaten autonomy of teaching, and learning. A one size fits all approach produces automats that lack spontaneity and creativity.
