  • Hi Daisyflower,

Many thanks for the feedback, and very sorry to hear you're disappointed with this section. I'll add the comment to our feedback log.

If you're looking for int/upper-int resources, have you had a look at our two Macmillan Dictionary series? Both have a selection of lesson plans for this level:

Our Global Critical Eye series might also be of interest:

And if you are looking for themed lessons, our Everyday life lesson plans each focus on a particular topic, like food or neighbours:

If you have a specific lesson you're looking for, please let us know and we'll try to help.

  • I agree with some of the comments above. There is hardly any work under 'Vocabulary'. This is really very poor especially since people have to pay a yearly subscription. Most of the things on here are not worth paying for; they should be free.

  • Thank you for your comments, which we have added to our feedback database.
Other resources that you may find useful for teaching vocabulary at this level include our Macmillan Readers, such as The Importance of Being Earnest, Beyond, and our new series, Global infographics. You may also find our free BuzzWord lesson plans useful for teaching up-to-date vocab items.
We hope this is helpful. If you have any further feedback, please let us know.
    Best wishes,
    The onestopenglish team
