  • I have used this resource a few times, and it is really great. Furthermore, for extension activities, I made my own London Tour and Google Around London worksheets to recycle the information on the cards. I also preview it with my own worksheet, to help lower level students with the basic sentences each of the five categories on the cards. It seems to get a lot out of the activity!

  • Hi mms,

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing the resources. Just to clarify, do you mean the links that open the pdfs? Like 'How to play' and 'Playing cards'? If so, I've checked these at our end and they're opening up ok for us. Which, I realise, doesn't help you!

Have you just subscribed? If so, can you try clearing your browser history? Here is a page with some instructions if you need them:

    http://home.bt.com/tech-gadgets/internet/how-to-delete-web-history-windows-xp-vista-upgrade-browser-stay-safe-internet-explorer-firefox-google-chrome-11363853878507

Or if that doesn't work, could you check that you have Adobe Reader downloaded on your computer? You can check that here and download for free if you don't have it. (I would restart the computer also):

    https://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/

If those two things don't work, please get in touch with us via help@macmillan.com and we will try to assist further.

  • Hi, please could you update the links? I subscribed to this website because I like the activities, but an annoying amount of links are broken - such as the Top Trumps instructions as well as the playing cards. Thanks.
