  • Just an idea- maybe you could have a box on the right that says 'click here if you're having problems'? Most of the problem comments seem to be the same 2-3 problems new people have when still figuring out how to download etc :)

  • Great Small Talk lesson. An important step in getting to know people but beginners are sometimes shy to engage in, in English. This helps break down barriers. The next level up is obviously Business Spotlight's Was it something I said? Good job well done.
