  • Hi both,

I'm sorry to hear you've been finding broken links and having trouble printing our the pdfs.

For the links, I'm not sure what happened there. We've checked them at our end and they're working but of course, that doesn't mean it's ok for you! Are they working for you now? If not, can you try clearing your browser history and trying again. If that still doesn't help, please get in touch with us at help@macmillan.com and we will investigate further.

For the printing problems, this might be to do with whether or not you're downloading the pdf first and saving it before printing. Can you try downloading and saving the pdf on to your computer. Then can you first close the browser (and download), then open the pdf from wherever you have saved it. Try printing it now to see if you have the same issue. If that doesn't work please also get in touch with us at help@macmillan.com.

  • All of the weekly news lesson links appear to be broken - possibly server problems? Would be nice if this can be fixed asap!
