June 2019: Victor Vescovo filmed some interesting creatures in the Mariana Trench. Sadly, he also filmed some plastic waste.

  • These exercises are super but it created a bit of a problem. You got the spelling of the guy's name wrong - you missed the 'c' in his surname. The figures as well are not quite right in terms of the depth he went to. You might want to correct it. I don't wish to be picky but my students were interested to learn more so we checked on the Internet and that's when we saw the errors. It slightly detracted from the overall goal of the class as they then focused on the errors. Sorry!

  • Hello RuthAC,

Thank you very much for your comment and pointing these out to us. We have checked with several sources, and the depth does appear to be correct. However, we have corrected the spelling of the man's name. Please be assured, we will be checking our facts more thoroughly in the future!

    Best wishes,
