  • I also can't download to a MacBook Air, the link is unresponsive, there is no invitation to download. As others have had the same experience, could someone look at it please? Thanks, Phil

  • Hello Phil,

Thank you for your comment, we are sorry you are experiencing this issue. We can suggest the following:

Open the audio in a new tab/window.
LEFT click on the link that says 'to download right click' - the audio player then occupies the full screen.
Right click on the audio player.
You'll then get a menu with the option 'download audio'.

If you still have problems, do please contact our customer services team at help@macmillaneducation.com, who will be happy to assist you further.

  • Hello Jonathan James,

Thank you for your comment, we are sorry you are having difficulty downloading this MP3 on to your Mac.We would suggest the following:

To use the audio files on a Mac you will need to use one of two browsers: either Chrome or Safari.
With Safari, right-click on the audio and select 'download linked file as...' then save the audio file to your desktop and it will play through your media player.
With Chrome, you can left-click on the audio file and it will play directly.
With the latest version of Chrome, if the audio isn’t appearing on the screen, click on the circled 'i' on the top right side of the screen, by the address bar. A drop-down menu will appear. Click on ‘site setting’ choose ‘flash’ then click on ‘allow’. You will then be prompted to refresh the page and the audio should now appear. You may need to do this every time the page is opened.

If you still experience difficulties, please do contact our customer services team at help@macmillaneducation.com who will be happy to assist you further.
