  • Dear Whom it may concern,

I have tried out the listening on my iPhone, iPad and computer but it just doesn't work. it interrupts just after the Christmas lights has been turned on.

Please could you try and find out why as it's a fantastic lesson in this season.

    Yours Sincerely

    Monika Solberg

  • Hi Monika,

Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately the mp3 audio files for this series are not currently 100% tablet compatible.

If you would like to play files on an iPhone, iPad, or other mobile device, you will need to download the file using a computer, then transfer your downloaded file to iTunes.

Once you have your file in iTunes, sync your mobile device to iTunes to transfer your file using standard syncing/transferring practices.

    For more information, visit
http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ or visit your mobile device’s website.

    Hope that helps.

    Best wishes,

  • Dear Whom it may concern,

Could I ask if you can check the use of the audio on iPad as I've had trouble with it.

The audio stops right long before it is all over.

...it gets better and better every year.

    Please it is quite urgent.

    Sincerely

    Monika Solberg
