There's only two: food & jobs. Where are the others?

  • Hi angie,

Thank you for the lovely feedback. It's really nice to hear that you found this lesson so useful. And that's a really interesting and creative way to continue and adapt the lesson as well!

The next lesson in this series is related to job applications and will be published on the 5th of April. There will be one lesson a month published thereafter on a number of other useful topics including shopping, medical problems, finances and family, amongst others.

Please feel free to email us with your feedback or if you have any suggestions for topics that you'd like to see on onestopenglish.

    Best wishes and happy teaching!

  • This is a brilliant new addition. I have used this with my Beginner class and it's worked well. It also allowed for me to bring in realia and I asked the students to write a food diary for a week. I then collected and redistributed these for them to guess which diary belonged to which person. Linked nicely into the health topic I had just finished too. Thanks and keep them coming. Can't wait to see what the next lesson is going to be. Thanks!
