Q.   What is a subscription to Onestopenglish Jobs?

A.    With a subscription to Onestopenglish Jobs, recruiters can advertise an unlimited number of ELT vacancies to two million unique visitors. A subscription gives you access to the Onestopenglish Jobs Recruiter Portal, where you can upload and manage your vacancies and edit your recruiter information as and when you need to, giving you total control over how your vacancies are being advertised. There are three types of subscription: Bronze, Silver and Gold. 

Q.   I already have an institutional subscription to onestopenglish. How do I subscribe to Onestopenglish Jobs?

A.    If you’re already an institutional subscriber and would also like to order Onestopenglish Jobs, simply click on Subscribe now in the green bar at the top of any onestopenglish page, find the Request an institutional activation code section and click on complete this order form. At Step 1, select None requested: I only need access to Jobs and then choose your desired level of Jobs access at Step 2. Complete the rest of the form and a member of our team will get in touch to set up your Onestopenglish Jobs account. You will then receive access to the Onestopenglish Jobs Recruiter Portal so that you can start posting your vacancies. 

Q.   I do not have an institutional subscription to onestopenglish. How do I subscribe to Onestopenglish Jobs?

A.    If you are not an institutional subscriber and want access to only Onestopenglish Jobs, simply click on Subscribe now in the green bar at the top of any onestopenglish page, find the Request an institutional activation code section and click on Complete this order form. At Step 1, select None requested: I only need access to Jobs and then choose your desired level of Jobs access at Step 2. Complete the rest of the form and a member of our team will get in touch to set up your Onestopenglish Jobs account. You will then receive access to the Onestopenglish Jobs Recruiter Portal so that you can start posting your vacancies.

Q.   I want to subscribe to both onestopenglish content and Onestopenglish Jobs. How do I do this?

A.    By purchasing access to both onestopenglish content and Onestopenglish Jobs at the same time, you’ll receive a 20% discount on the price of the Jobs package that you buy.If you want to subscribe to both onestopenglish content and Onestopenglish Jobs, simply click on Subscribe now in the green bar at the top of any onestopenglish page, find the Request an institutional activation code section and click on complete this order form. At Step 1, select how many teachers you would like to have access to onestopenglish content. At Step 2, choose your desired level of Jobs access. Complete the rest of the form and a member of our team will get in touch to set up your account. You will then receive your institutional activation code for access to the content, along with access to the Onestopenglish Jobs Recruiter Portal so that you can start posting your jobs vacancies.

Q.   How much does Onestopenglish Jobs cost?

A.    There are three levels of access to Onestopenglish Jobs: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each level gives different privileges when advertising a vacancy on the site. For more detailed information on the benefits and costs of each Jobs package, please click here.

As a special launch promotion, the Bronze package is offered absolutely free before December 2012; Silver costs £250 for a year’s access; and Gold costs £500 for a year’s access. If you purchase onestopenglish content and Onestopenglish Jobs together, you’ll receive a 20% discount on the price of the Jobs package that you buy.

Q.   How long will my subscription last?

A.    A subscription to Onestopenglish Jobs lasts one year. During your subscription you can post as many job adverts as you like. You can easily renew your subscription after the first year, meaning you’ll never miss out on the chance to advertise your ELT vacancies on onestopenglish.

Q.   How do I upload my job adverts?

A.    When you subscribe to Onestopenglish Jobs, you’ll be given a username and password that give you access to the Recruiter Portal. This area allows you to upload new vacancies, manage current ones, and update and edit your recruiter information as and when necessary. To upload a job, simply sign in using your login details and click on Create A New Job.

Q.   How long will my adverts stay on the site?

A.    Adverts are automatically set to stay on the site for 30 days. However, you can change this when setting up an advert in the Recruiter Portal, choosing an earlier expiry date if preferred. All expired adverts will remain in your account, so you can just update and resubmit a vacancy if you decide to advertise the position again.

Q.   Do I have to pay per advert once I have subscribed?

A.    No. Once you have subscribed to Onestopenglish Jobs you can post unlimited job adverts for the duration of your subscription, whether you are a Bronze, Silver or Gold user.

Q.   Is it free for jobseekers to use Onestopenglish Jobs?

A.    Yes! Adverts posted on Onestopenglish Jobs are viewable by all onestopenglish users and even unregistered site visitors, meaning recruiters can be sure that their adverts will have maximum visibility, and jobseekers can easily find their dream job.
