  • Hi Adrienne,

Thanks for your feedback. This specific resource offers advice on the listening paper but requires the teacher to use separate listening resources. We are aware of the feedback regarding more authentic TOEFL materials and the requests have been sent to the publishing team.

    Kind regards,
    The onestopenglish team

  • Hello,
I was wondering how to access the audio file just to discover that there isn't any, seems strange when it's a listening activity!!
It's a pity because you make good suggestions.

  • Hi Denise,

Thank you for your comments and sorry to hear that you are not happy. As mentioned below, we have no immediate plans to publish any new material for the TOEFL exams, which is why this material is readily available for free.

Macmillan does provide online practice materials which you can find here:

    http://www.macmillanpracticeonline.com/exam-practice/toefl-preparation-online

However, please note that these resources are not free.

Regarding your audio files problems, can you be more specific? It would be useful to know some details so we can help solve your problem.

    Best wishes

  • 4 years since this was originally posted and we still have only one resource for teaching TOEFL on the site. That´s very poor!

  • I would like to add my dismay at the poor offering of Toefl material here, considering the importance of the exam for so many students, it is astonishing that onestopenglish have not seen fit to provide more material.

  • As a subscribing teacher I am amazed that there isn't at least one example TOEFL audio along with the lesson plan and tips. It's very misleading to include TOEFL as a subject on your sight and then not to have least one listening example. Surely this could easily be rectified?

  • I am just about to start teaching an intensive course for a student prepping for the TOEFL and am shocked that there is just this here. One activity. And it's been that way for a long time. Onestopenglish have obviously just completely ignored what everyone has said before me. Shocking considering we pay for privilidge !!

  • Dear web editor,
I have to agree with the complains. This website does not have enough TOEFL materials. It's joke to have such a poor TOEFL section.
