  • Hi again Elena,

I've checked at home with my Mac and I've managed to download the file by doing a Mac 'right-click' and choosing 'Save link as ...'. The file will then be downloaded and can be played through itunes.

    I hope that helps!

  • Hi Elena,

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. When you're using Mac to download audio, it will go straight to your itunes. To download it can you try these two ways:

    1. right click on the audio file and select 'Save link as ...', it should then go automatically into your itunes.

    2. If that doesn't work, another way I think is to left click on the file, it will then open in a separate tab, try right clicking on it there and selecting something similar to 'Save link as ...'. It should also go to your itunes.

I will double check this at home tonight where I have access to a Mac and update if I discover any new information!
