  • Hi Sophie,

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the audio.

I've just tested it and the audio is playing as it should be at my end. This means that it's probably related to whether you have the right software to play the audio, what browser you're using and/or what type of machine you're using.

Can you follow the instructions in the comment below your one to see whether that helps?

If it doesn't, then can you try it in a different browser? If that still doesn't work, please get in touch via help@macmillan.com and they will try to solve your issue.

  • Hi there,

We have checked the audio files and they work when we use them. They should open directly when you left click on the file but if they don't, you can download them by following these steps:

    - right click on the file and select 'Save as...'
    - save the file to your desktop or a folder of your choice
    - right click on the saved file and select 'Open with...'
    - choose a media player (we recommend VLC Player) to play the file in.

If you still cannot open the files then please contact our technical support team at help@macmillan.com

    Best wishes,
    The onestopenglish team
