  • Hello Jodiblue,

Thank you very much for your comment. This file is audio only. Are you having difficulty accessing it on a Mac or an iPad? If so, the following advice should help:

To use the audio files on a Mac you will need to use one of two browsers: either Chrome or Safari.
With Safari, right-click on the audio and select 'download linked file as...' then save the audio file to your desktop and it will play through iTunes.
With Chrome, you can left-click on the audio file and it will play directly.

It is also a good idea to clear your cache.

Please let us know if you experience any further difficulties.

  • Hi syaco,

Thanks for your feedback. A transcript is included in lesson plan which you can find under 'Related resources'.

    Hope that helps.

  • The file is OK. It's a simple MP3 file, nothing fanciful at all. Download and play.

  • Dear Susanh50 and Maña,
We're sorry you're having problems playing the audio - it's working fine for us.
If you left-click on the link in the blue box, the audio should play automatically in whichever media player you use, e.g. Real Player, Windows Media Player, etc.
If this doesn't work, then please try adjusting the settings in your browser. Select 'Tools' on the top navigation bar; then go to 'Internet Options' and click on the 'Advanced' tab. Scroll down the options to the security settings and make sure that the box for 'Allow active content to run in files on My Computer' is checked.
If you are still having problems, please get in touch via the 'Contact us' link at the bottom of the page and a member of our technical team will help you.
