  • Hello Bedford College,

Thank you for your comment, we are sorry you are having problems accessing this song. Are you using a Mac or a PC?

If you are using a PC, it may be to do with the latest Chrome update. If the video isn’t appearing on the screen, click on the circled 'i' on the top right side of the screen, by the address bar. A drop-down menu will appear. Click on ‘site setting’ choose ‘flash’ then click on ‘allow’. You will then be prompted to refresh the page and the video should now appear. You may need to do this every time the page is opened.

If you are using a Mac, you may need to download it on your computer, right click on the video link at the bottom of the page, select 'Save with...', and save the file to your iTunes. Then when you open it you should be able to play the video.

If these do not work, please contact our customer services team at help@macmillaneducation.com who will be happy to assist you further.
    Best wishes,

  • Hi Shanta,

Thanks for the feedback. Could you let us know what you found difficult?

Also just to mention, we've removed your email address from this page as it's a public site.

  • I find it very difficult to open your files, using a desktop as well as a laptop or ipad. They're not user friendly. Most of us are English teachers who move around with small devices and this just is not useful. What a pity. Your material looks interesting.

  • My iPad can't open any of the files, either. What application or program can be used to open them? Thanks!

  • Hi,
I would suggest opening these files on a desktop computer. They are not mobile-compatible.

  • Why is everything through iTunes? I hate that app, and I've got a Samsung tablet. Where's the windows stuff?
