  • Hi Lucia,

Thanks for getting back in touch. We have spoken to our technical team and unfortunately we won't be updating these games. They are not supported by the newer Mac OSX so we are going to have to remove the Mac versions of the games. The Mac video and the PC video and games will still be available.

    Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

    Best wishes,
    The onestopenglish team

  • Any chance they will be on soon? The kids I teach absolutely loved the video! I wish I could follow-up riding the wave of their enthusiasm!

  • Hi Lucia,

We're very sorry to say you're correct. Unfortunately the game files (on the right hand side) are not supported by Mac anymore so we will have to remove them.

Many apologies for the problems this has caused you.

  • I have tried in every way to open the files on my mac. I had to download an app to download the videos so that is solved, but I cannot open the other files whatever I try, "save target as...." and "save link as..." included.

  • Hi dmoore,

The files on the left are for Macs and the ones on the right are suitable for PCs. If you are unable to open the file by clicking on it, please try saving the file to your computer by right-clicking on the file, selecting ‘Save Target As …’ or ‘Save Link As …’. Once you have done that, select the file from where you have saved it, right click and slect 'Open with...' which will allow you to choose how to play the file.

Please get in touch via help@macmillan.com if this doesn’t work and a member of our technical team will help you.
