  • Hello

I cannot open the Business Skills Bank under related resources. When I click on it, it opens another tab but nothing actually comes up. I was able to download the audio files but can't get the lesson plan. Please help.

  • For people having issues downloading the audio files.
I also struggled but managed to in the end. This worked for me:

Open the audio in a new tab / window.
LEFT click on the link that says "to download right click" - the audio player then occupies the full screen.
Right click on the audio player
You'll then get a menu with the option "download audio".

    Hope this works for you!

  • Hi Maaike,

Sorry to hear you're having issues. We've tested the file at our end and it prints for us, so that suggests it might be a printer issue.

Have you tried downloading the PDF and then printing, to see if that makes a difference? Another thing you can try is to print the PDF as an image:

    1. Open the File Menu
    2. Select “Print”
    3. The Printing window will appear
    4. Click “Advanced”
    5. Put a check in the box next to “Print as Image”
    6. Click OK to close the “Advanced” window
    7. Click OK to print

If this doesn't work, please could you contact our customer service team at help@macmillaneducation.com and they'll help further.

    Best wishes,

  • Unfortunately I'm not able to print the worksheets, there seems to be a printer error. Everything else works just fine.
Do you know how I can solve the problem? I've downloaded and printed other worksheets.

  • This seemed to be exactly what I needed, but for some reason I can't download the audio files (or play them). Right clicking produces 'safe target as' but it saves as a text file rather than an audio one.

  • Hello Olati,

Thank you very much for your comment. Are you trying to access the audio files using a mac?
To use the audio files on a Mac you will need to use one of two browsers: either Chrome or Safari.
With Safari, right-click on the audio and select 'download linked file as...' then save the audio file to your desktop and it will play through iTunes.
With Chrome, you can left-click on the audio file and it will play directly.
If this advice still doesn't help, please do get back in contact with us, either here or via help@macmillaneducation.com
